Indonesia Shipments: Delivered by Pos Indonesia to arrive within 3 business days.

Bali Return & Refund

Refunds are only provided in the event of a manufacturing defect discovered upon receipt of the item. Should such a defect be identified, customers are required to notify our studio within 7 days of receiving their order via email at hello@gilded-palm.com.
Kindly be advised that any naturally occurring differences in our pearls are not classified as manufacturing faults.

International Return & Refund

Refunds are only available for items found to have manufacturing defects upon receipt. Customers must notify our studio within 7 days of receiving their order via email at hello@gilded-palm.com. We are located in Bali, Indonesia, and ship all items from there. If you're ordering from outside Bali, please be aware that we don't accept returns or exchanges for pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons. 
For other items, you may return them within 21 days of the original order date for a credit note only. Return postage for exchange items is the customer's responsibility. Please conttact us for return details.
Please note that VAT & Duty charges are the responsibility of the customer, as they are set by the receiving country and not controlled by Gilded Palm.

International Restocking Fee

For international orders, restocking fees will be imposed if the order is not accepted due to customs fees, duties, or taxes. It's important to note that these charges may apply to certain international orders and are determined by the ordering country, for which Gilded Palm, the brand, holds no responsibility. In case of a return due to these circumstances, customers should be informed that a restocking fee of $20 USD will be applied to cover return freight and logistical costs.

We use only natural freshwater pearls, which can naturally have variations like spots and different shapes. Just a heads up, this isn't a flaw in the product—it's actually a natural look on freshwater pearls.
